"Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Putzkräfte und die Portiers waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Personal an der Rezeption sowie im Frühstücksbereich, war sehr unhöflich und ignorant. Auf Wünsche wurde nicht eingegangen. Oft fehlten Dinge wie Besteck oder Tassen , welche nicht aufgefüllt wurden. An der Rezeption war niemand bemüht einem bei Fragen zu helfen. Es machte den Eindruck als wären die Gäste eine Last. Das trübt das Gesamtbild des Hotels leider sehr. "
