"Wir waren für 3 Nächte in der Villa Petriolo. Die Anlage macht auf den ersten Blick wirklich etwas her: Sehr gepflegte Poolbereiche, ein toller Spa-Bereich (wenn man ihn dann nutzen darf) und alles sehr sauber. Auch die Herren an der Bar und Rezeption waren freundlich, leider der einzige Lichtblick im Service. Leider überwiegt das Negative: Schon beim Check-in wurde uns nicht einmal die Anlage gezeigt, keine Infos zu Angeboten oder Orientierung, man fühlt sich als Gast irgendwie „abgefertigt“. Besonders enttäuschend: Obwohl das Hotel als Spa-Hotel beworben wird, ist der Spa-Bereich nur gegen hohen Aufpreis nutzbar das ist bei den ohnehin gehobenen Zimmerpreisen nicht nachvollziehbar. Das Personal (außer Bar/Rezeption) war durchgehend unfreundlich bis genervt, kein Lächeln, keine Gastfreundschaft, schade, denn die Location hätte Potenzial. Die Poolliegen waren leider verschmutzt und ungepflegt, was den sonst schönen Außenbereich ziemlich abwertet. Das Restaurant bietet zwar gute Qualität, aber keine Abwechslung: Täglich die gleichen Speisen, wenig Kreativität. Zudem lief der Service dort eher nach dem Motto “schnell abarbeiten statt genießen”, innerhalb kürzester Zeit stand alles auf dem Tisch, kaum Pausen zwischen den Gängen, das fühlte sich leider wie eine Massenabfertigung an. Schöne Hülle, enttäuschender Kern. Für den Preis hätten wir uns mehr Komfort, besseren Service und echten Wohlfühlfaktor erwartet. Leider hat es sich eher nach Geldmacherei als Ga"
