"I recently stayed at Gaia Hotel Bandung and had a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. I received a warm welcome during check-in with Risya, who helped arrange my rooms to be close to each other and even upgraded one of them from a garden view to a mountain view. Upon check-out, Hanny gave me a warm farewell and handled everything smoothly. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and all the other staff members greeted me kindly throughout my stay. Overall, the hospitality, service, and atmosphere made my visit truly enjoyable—I would be happy to stay here again."
