"Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, hervorragender Service, geräumiges Zimmer, sauber, gute Betten, funktionierendes WLAN, reichhaltiges gutes Frühstücksbuffet, leckeres Abendessen, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, ausreichend Parkplätze ohne Gebühr verfügbar, Autobahnanschluss, Tankstelle, Einkaufszentrum und Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Umgebung, kein Fluglärm trotz Nähe zum Flughafen Triest, hervorragend geeignet als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in das Friaul, bespielsweise nach Aquileia, Grado, Udine, Pordenone, San Daniele del Friuli, Spilimbergo, Cividale del Friuli, Gorizia, Triest, Castelli di Duino/die Miramare, Lipica.
