"Extremely disappointing and uncomfortable stay. Every single day I found cockroaches in my room. One day, after coming back from work, I opened the door and discovered dozens of dead and dying cockroaches all over the floor and even on my belongings — absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. To make things worse, the manager (or owner) is extremely rude and clearly not fit to manage a hospitality business. He has no respect for guests’ privacy and keeps shouting in the hallways, creating an unpleasant and stressful environment. The hotel urgently needs proper pest control, professional management, and basic respect for guests. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place until these serious issues are resolved. "
