"Unser Zimmer war am Ankunftstag vergeben. Sie haben ein anderes bereit gestellt. Selbe Klasse. Wurden nicht informiert dass es nun bereit ist. Musste nachfragen. Zimmer war nicht ordentlich geputzt. Bei Reklamation Reception war unfreundlich. War wie können wir reklamieren, da ist sicher alles in Ordnung. Preise im Hotel, zu teuer, Europa Preise. Definitiv kein Sheraton Standard und nicht zu empfehlen. "
