"Schönes Hotel mit Toplage am Strand. Über die Strandpromenade ist das Grandhotel mit Casino und die Straße mit vielen Restaurants in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Empfang war etwas holprig. Wir um 15.56 h an der Rezeption und wurden weggeschickt, da dass Zimmer erst ab 16.00 h garantiert ist. Um 16.00 h war es dann immer noch nicht fertig. Wir mussten nochmal 5 Minuten warten, was etwas Ärger war."

"Das Hotel sieht auf den Fotos besser aus als es in Wirklichkeit ist (Leider ist es in Realität kein 4 Sterne Hotel). Man hat das Gefühl, dass niemand wirklich zuständig ist für das Haus. Hier einige Beispiele: In unserem sehr engen und kleinen Zimmer liess sich im Juli die Heizung nicht ausschalten. Die Früchte am Frühstücksbuffet waren nicht frisch und das Auffüllen/Nachfüllen von diversen Sachen klappte nicht gut. Der Gym gleicht einer Besenkammer. Hinweise zu Beanstandungen wurden zwar freundlich entgegengenommen, aber es wurde nichts verändert. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt leider nicht."
