"Wir hatten All Inclusiv Plus gebucht und haben uns in unserem Zimmer und in der Hotelanlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Plus Service enthält separate Poolbereiche, separate Bereiche am Strand und einen "only Adult" Pool mit Poolbar und guter Auswahl an Cocktails. Neben 2 großen Büffetrestaurants (mit identischem Essen) gibt es 7 verschiedene A la Carte Restaurants (Panamesisch, mexikanisch, italienisch, mediterran, asiatisch, Steakhaus und El Canal ein Fischrestaurant) in denen man reservieren kann. Man wählt unter verschiedenen Hauptgerichten diese werden am Tisch serviert. Auch hier ist Wein, Bier, Wasser, Softdrinks etc. im Preis inkludiert. Die Minibar wird täglich neu mit Wasser, Bier und Softdrinks befüllt. Die Zimmer des Plus Services liegen im hinteren Bereich der Anlage und sind deshalb ruhig da weit genug von der Animation entfernt. Die Gäste sind überwiegend aus Mittel- und Südamerika und Kanada, etwas spanisch Kenntnisse helfen bei der Kommunikation mit dem Personal, man gibt sich aber auch Mühe Englisch zu verstehen. Das Hotel ist 4 Sterne Landeskategorie, insofern passte für uns das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis in jedem Fall. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder mit Plus Service buchen. "
