"Ich finde, das Hotel entspricht nicht den 4 Sternen! Das Zimmer ist wirklich Nicht schön! Außer das Bett! Das war wirklich bequem. Im Zimmer sind viele Dinge kaputt! Der Toilettenpapierhalter und der Toilettensitz sind defekt oder nicht richtig befestigt! Aber am schlimmsten ist der Kühlschrank, der überhaupt nicht funktioniert! Gott sei Dank geht wenigstens die Klimaanlage! Wenn jemand nur gut schlafen will, kann man das Hotel nehmen! Die Touristenspots sind auch in Gehweite! Aber ein Wohlgefühl kommt nicht gerade auf."

"das Hotel ist gut gelegen, man kann alles zu Fuss erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Hati, ich hoffe der Name ist richtig am check in war super freundlich und hilfsbereit und gab uns viele Tips, wie man am besten in Stadt kommt [Hotel bietet auch Shuttle an], und was es interessantes zu sehen gibt und zu tun ist. Er hat uns auch Shuttle zum Hatten Busterminal bei userer Abreise organisiert. Auch beim Frühstück war das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Und Massage im Spa ist auch empfehlenswert. Vielleicht etwas teurer als in der Stadt, aber dafür sehr sauber und schöne Räume. Das Hotel können wir empfehlen. Das einzige Problem was wir hatten, wir hatte über Expedia ein falsches Datum gebucht versehentlich und nach 10 min den Chat von Expedia angeschrieben, ob man das ändern kann. Dort sagte man uns sie kümmern sich, um Rückersattung, und kontaktierren das Hotel, wir sollen aber neu buchen für das korrekte Datum. Was wir auch taten. Leider kam jetzt eine Meldung über Expedia, das Hotel hätte dies abgelehnt. Nun sitzen wir auf den Kosten. Das fanden wir jetzt nicht gerade Service orientiert. Im Hotel sagte man uns darum würde sich die Booking Abteilung von Holiday in kümmern. "
