"Die kleine Kate ist in den Sommermonaten bestimmt einen Aufenthalt wert.Neue Rollos und ein neuer Eßtisch würden dem kleinen Haus bestimmt gut stehen. Die sind nicht mehr ansehnlich. Im Wesentlichen fanden wir allerdings die Heizsituation mangelhaft. Die Kate kann nur elektrisch beheizt werden, war uns nicht bekannt. Das kostet natürlich, zumal 0.48ct pro kwh nicht wenig sind. Wir kamen in ein ausgekühltes Haus und mußten die Heizung voll aufdrehen, um es einigermaßen warm zu bekommen. Dann konnten wir nach der ersten Nacht reduzieren. Problem, Sitzmöbel, Bekleidung, Betten waren immer klamm(feucht). Duschhandtücher können nicht trocknen, außer man stellt einen Stuhl vor den einzigen Stromheizkörper mit Abstand und dreht den Heizkörper voll auf. Der Stromzähler rast. Das ist sehr bedauerlich, da die Bilder im Internet nach einer kuscheligen Unterkunft aussehen . Wir haben uns nach 2 Nächten entschieden, auf unsere dritte Nacht zu verzichten und sind nach Hause gefahren. Schade, aber bei Höchsttemperaturen tagsüber von 14 Grad ist wohlfühlen für uns etwas anderes. "

"Schönes kleines Apartment, in der Küche war alles vorhanden was benötigt wurde. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war freundlich. Bei der Sauberkeit ist ein wenig Luft nach oben und die Balkontür sollte mal repariert werden. Ansonsten habe ich meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen."
