"Due to medical reasons I asked for a room on the ground floor, which the hotel confirmed via email. When we arrived, no room on the ground floor was available. The room of our kids smells really bad. Last but not least the EV chargers are not working as well as the WiFi. "

"Wir haben das Ferienhaus mit zwei Familien gebucht und hatten insgesamt eine schöne Zeit dort. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Besonders positiv war die naturnahe Lage, die für Ruhe und Entspannung sorgt.Allerdings gibt es auch einige Punkte, die uns weniger gefallen haben. Ein Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster, was wir als unangenehm empfunden haben. Durch die Lage inmitten der Natur begegnet man häufiger Spinnen und auch Mäusen, was man wissen sollte, wenn man dort bucht. Zudem ist das Interieur etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise abgewohnt.Trotz dieser Punkte haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und unseren Urlaub genossen. Ein fader Beigeschmack bleibt allerdings: Nach unserer Abreise wurden wir von der Vermieterin kontaktiert, die uns eine beschädigte Bodenfliese in Rechnung stellte. Dafür wurden uns 450,- berechnet, obwohl wir uns keiner Beschädigung bewusst sind. Das hat den insgesamt positiven Eindruck leider etwas getrübt."
