"Als ich das gebuchte und bezahlte Hotel erreichte lag laut Mitarbeiterin keine Reservierung vor, kein freies Zimmer und somit keine Rückerstattung.
Nach viermaliger Nachfrage beim Hotels.com Support ebenfalls nur leere Versprechungen und keine Hilfe und Rückerstattung.
Traurig ich dachte immer ich bezahle mit meiner Buchung die Supportmitarbeiter.
Scheinbar ist es hier nicht der Fall?!"
