"Beim Check-in wusste niemand über unsere Buchung Bescheid. Wir mussten warten bis das Zimmer bereit war weil wir zu früh waren. Als wir dann das Zimmer bekamen war es das falsche, somit mussten wir nochmals 40 Minuten warten bis das entsprechende Zimmer fertig war. Das Essen im Hotel ist relativ teuer und nicht gerade gut. Wir hatten eine Küche im Zimmer, jedoch ohne jegliche Ausstattung, wir konnten nicht einmal Wasser kochen, keine Gläser, nichts! Die Liegen am Pool sind manchmal mit Matten bestückt manchmal auch nicht auch bei schönem Wetter und die Poolbar ist teilweise offen aber meistens nicht. Das Hotel gibt sich selber 5 Sterne, wir würden maximal 3 geben. Der Garten und die Zimmerreinigung waren das beste am Aufenthalt! Preis/Leistung stimmt ganz und gar nicht!!!"
