The room was outdated and had food stains on ceiling. Jacuzzi sounded like it was going to blow up. Staff on Friday were friendly and nice. Staff on Saturday evening/night were awful!!! Very rude. Told us we could not drink alcohol if not purchased from hotel bar (there is not a hotel bar nor do they sell anything!!) I cannot begin to describe how rude they were. Will never stay there again.

Staff was courteous, friendly and tried to be helpful. However, the bed linen was dirty and there was hair on the pillows when I arrived. The vanity sink was stopped up and the guy at the front desk said he would have offered a discount on the room, but it was already paid in full, so he said he couldn't. He did have someone fix the drain, but they didn't clean it afterwards. The linen was replaced. Hindsight, I should have just switched rooms, and I should have told him to give me a partial refund. The lady who cooks the breakfast for the hotel was very welcoming and friendly.
