Our stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,400 square foot modern farmhouse nestled in charming Old Town Spring.

Step inside this thoughtfully designed home and be captivated by its spaciousness. Boasting two generously sized bedrooms with king beds (TVs available in both bedrooms) and two beautifully renovated bathrooms, the house offers the perfect blend of comfort and style. The recently updated kitchen exudes a contemporary charm, providing a seamless fusion of modern convenience and timeless appeal. Complete with all the kitchen essentials including basic spices, pots/pans, air fryer, toaster, tea kettle, an espresso/coffee maker, and more!

Indulge in the tranquility of your own private oasis, as this home features a fully fenced yard and a large back patio that overlooks a picturesque pond. You’ll have access to the fully stocked pond and can enjoy catch and release fishing. We’ve caught catfish, bluegill, and bass!

Parking will never be a concern, as ample space is available right in front of the house on the gravel/grass.

We understand that pets are cherished members of the family, which is why we gladly welcome them with an additional fee. We have bowls, pet bed, fur wipes, and more!

Please note, there is construction at the property next door. While the house is equipped with dual-pane noise-reducing windows, minimizing noise inside, it is noticeable outside. The equipment/noise level varies depending on what they are working on.
