The Living Space
The second floor contains a fully open area with the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room has a huge 75 inch smart 4k TV, leather couches, and bronze coffee table. Two very large windows have great views of downtown but can be covered up with top-down bottom-up honeycomb blinds so you can bring down a very large projector screen.
The dining area has a huge stylish wooden table with 8 dining chairs. On one side are built in cabinets with board games and on the other is a balcony with great views of downtown.
The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, cooking wear, utensils, and a full rack of spices. All that is needed is some grocery shopping. It's a great way to save money for longer stays.
Sleeping Arrangements
- Master Bedroom [3rd floor]: Features a king bed, a small desk, a private master bathroom, and access to the 3rd floor balcony. The master bath includes a shower and jacuzzi, and a walk in closet.
- Guest Room 1 [3rd floor]: Features a twin and a full bed with great views of downtown, a small desk, and a wall mounted TV. This room also has its own private bathroom with shower and tub and a small closet.
- Guest Room 2 [1st floor]: Features a second king bed, a small desk, a wardrobe, its own private bathroom, and access to the front yard patio area.
Utilities
- Laundry room [3rd floor]: Includes a new washer and dryer and complementary detergent packets.
- Half Bath [2nd floor]: Quick convenient access.
Parking
- In Midtown and Downtown, parking can cost you. Not here! A private 2 car garage is included. Alternatively, you can park on the street for free. Just make sure not to leave any belonging in clear view.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the home and all its amenities, with the exception of the garage closet and the under-stairs storage closet, which are reserved for owner use.
Other things to note
No unauthorized guests/visitors. All guests must be added to the reservation.
