Our multiple neighbors live in the other apartment buildings at the rear of the property. It is a requirement to respect Quiet Hours from 10PM to 8AM and all other house rules pertaining to noise levels out of respect for these neighbors.

Great Location & House

Property was great for us and our dogs. Plenty of space, walking distance to a number of restaurants and bars. There’s also a little park a few blocks to the south which was great to take our dogs to.

Great spot in a great location

Easy to check in and out with no issues. We chose this place for its proximity to the Menil, Rothko Chapel, and museum district. Quite neighborhood, plenty of places within a couple of block walk to do some thrift/vintage shopping on Westheimer.
