Nice and well decorated facilities. Great and friendly staff members ( front desk, kitchen, cleaning people) I didn't like much the breakfast in general. Parking in my opinion is too expensive

Step outside the hotel and it was scary due to the amount of homeless begging and approaching you asking for money. Everyone of them wanted to tell you their story, you had to get rude to move on. Will never stay downtown Houston ever again.
