We would not recommend this hotel. The woman who checked us in was friendly and lovely but overall the hotel was dated, run down, and everything from the lobby or our room reeked of chemicals or a fake air freshener smell. So overwhelming that we decided to checkout hours earlier than necessary as the smell was so powerful we couldn’t sleep. The pillows also looked and felt like they were over a decade old. The size of throw pillows and how clumpy they were made them brutally uncomfortable. I would recommend paying a bit more and staying elsewhere.

Booked rooms for our elopement and the staff at check out made the process pretty fast. Breakfast is pretty sparse but they did have some hot and cold items so that was decent. The elevator went out the morning of our second night and didn’t come by for the rest of our stay, staff did offer to help with luggage at least. We did request a late checkout the night before and the staff let us know there would be a $30 fee, which was fine, but I guess he didn’t write it down because housekeeping was knocking at my door at 11 telling me to checkout. I had to call down to request another late checkout, which they gave me thankfully but definitely ruined my morning.

Room was very cold. Outside temp was down into 30. Room heater did not seem to be working. Called front desk. Girl came to our room but could not get heater to work. Told us no one would be able to fix it until Monday. It was Saturday night. Said she could not get us a different room because all rooms were full. All she could do was get us some extra blankets. No discount or refund. Airport shuttle was was busy and only had a couple of available times to get back to airport. Had to take a shuttle about 2 hours earlier than we needed because that was all they had left. Very disappointing stay.
