Overall I enjoyed the stay ... but when I arrived I was surprised to learn that breakfast was NOT included. I thought when I booked it was, but I may have gotten that information mixed up with another potential booking. Overall I'd stay there again.

Hotel in need of updating, near the airport which I wanted for an early flight. Absolutely no dining options unless you eat in the hotel, or Jack box. If you need to do any shopping it's $15 or more Uber ride away.

Horrible experience with Hotels.com. My reservation never went through, so I contacted support and was told they would issue a refund. Later, I received an email saying that I requested a refund and that it was “processed,” even though nothing was ever confirmed properly. Very unreliable. Stay away from Hotels.com.
