This NEW 3 bedroom, 3 and a half tri-level modern home was built in 2022. This space will give family and friends the fellowship of being together, but with the privacy of having their own space. Each room in this modern artsy home has its own private full bathroom. It's less than 5 mins from the Galleria Mall and ideal for business travel, fantastic bar and nightlife, restaurants, parks and family activities. It is 10 mins from NRG, Medical Center, Downtown, Midtown and much more.

Other Things to Note:
Our listing states that we check Government Identification for all Guests to make sure everyone except for children are over the age of 21. Unlike hotels, they're able to verify IDs during the time of check-in physically because they have a front desk/reception. With 50+ listings it's impossible for us to be present at the time of check-in. Although we are available if there is any emergency or day-to-day enquiries. Therefore, we need to verify IDs ourselves after booking is confirmed.

Please be aware that a refundable security deposit of $350 will be required after booking. This incidental charge is in place to cover any potential issues related to items being misplaced or damaged during your stay. The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days of checkout once everything is confirmed in good condition.
