What a bizarre stay but you get what you pay for. My experience was nothing short of shocking. Upon arrival, I found over ten guests waiting in the lobby, all unable to check in because the only front desk worker on duty was completely unresponsive—either severely fatigued or under the influence of something. No one could wake them up, and eventually, paramedics had to be called. This was not just an inconvenience; it was a complete failure in hotel management. There was no backup staff, no manager on-site, and no way to check in guests until emergency responders arrived. For a business that relies on hospitality and service, this level of neglect is unacceptable. Once I was finally able to check in, the stay itself was mediocre. Room and bathroom did not feel sanitary and I was unaware of the 7 day policy before you can request room service. In reality, I should be requesting a refund for the stay but its not worth the time lol

I you are looking for a smoke stained and smelled lobby with matching rooms then here is your place. In addition, you can find roach traps in your room, a de-activated smoke detector, and countertops with burn marks in them. Sign up. Bed was actually comfortable.

I didnt have any issues I would stay there again in one night increments I was only there for 12 hours. I'm a man and I was alone. If I had my wife and or kids I would not stay there.

I stayed here two weeks ago for my birthday. First off the receptionist must’ve been on some drugs, customers were trying to wake her up for HOURS to the point they called the Ambulance out. When she woke up she was tripping out and all over the place. Keep in mind I was trying to get myself ready for my birthday outing, so I was late. Then we get to the room and it smelled HORRIBLE! The drainage in the sinks sucked, the toilet was backed up, and they had visible sticky traps in the bathroom and kitchenette. This place needs some improvement and they need listings on Indeed, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Upon getting off the elevator to go to room 318, it smells strongly with a dog odor . Upon entering the room the odor became worse and made me nauseous. I returned to the front desk requesting another room. They had none. I called BOOKING who told me it was non refundable. I went back to the front desk and they found me another riom after 3pm. This room was ok UNTIL I encountered a huge ROACH crawling early the next morning. Now I'm concerned if any crawled in my luggage which I was afraid to bring into my home without detail inspection. I left that property feeling uneasy about my ENTIRE experience. I took a picture of the roach. Too bad I wasn't able to leave upon arrival per information from BOOKING. It was as if BOOKING forced me to stay in order to keep from getting penalized on my refund. Looks like the ADD PHOTO option isn't working for me to upload the picture of the roach as well as the video of the other roach crawling in the elevator. Provide an email and I'll submit them.
