The HVAC system drains into the shower. That is disgusting and unsanitary. Once we noticed this, we checked out immediately. The receptionist and manager were very nice and accommodating, very upfont. The room was nice and clean. The shower just messed it up for us.

Upon check-in at 3 pm I was told that there was no available clean rooms. I did not get a room until 7pm. Then upon check-out the receipt I received said one price but my card was charged an different price. When I called the hotel and asked it they didn't know what I was talking about.

I called day or 2 for early check in. They said it would be ok since it was only 1 hour earlier. Needless to say room wasn't ready. 1 person working the desk. Metallica was in town .
