Check in was a breeze. Happy to see hot water and coffee available all day. Shuttle to the airport was effortless. Front staff were friendly and efficient. There’s luggage storage, if needed. Only downside of our stay is the plane noise . Hotel is located on a plane take off path. That said, the frequency slows down drastically after 10 pm and stopped at around midnight.

Due to weather in.my city, i could not make the 3 hour journey to minneapolis for the flight to Houston. I contacted expedia about a cancelatio. Or date change. The persons to whom i spoke did not understand english well enough to process the change. The agent could not understand the IT NUMBER. He told me i could not change or cancel the reservation. I asked to speak to a supervidor .he said there were no supervisors. Also no native enlish speakers. He hung up on me. . I spoke with another agent who told me i could cancel.but would have to pay a cancelation fee of $399.00. He based that fee on a room charge of.$1060.00.because he could not understand.the amount of the room charge., which was $106.40. . He also hung up on me. I wasted 4 hours on the phome yesterday trying to resolve the issue and could not get an answer. This s the worst customer service i have experienced. Please issue a refund since i could not Get to the aiirport due to snow and ice packed roads.

First room had a distinct cleaning Oder and was a handicap room which was unacceptable even for one night. Friendly desk clerk moved us to an acceptable room which was nice. Morning desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good

The room seemed clean. Elevator smelled like MJ, spots on the carpet in the hallway, ice machine on the 4th floor wasnt plugged in. Breakfast had hot & cold items. Was fine for an overnight near the airport

Here’s a clean, short review you can use: ⸻ I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Bush International Airport in Houston, and overall had a great experience. The staff was excellent—truly 10/10 service from check-in to check-out. The location was also super convenient, with a gas station right nearby in case I needed anything, plus Jack in the Box and Taco Bell within close reach. I also liked that the DoubleTree next door has a bar and restaurant, which gave me an easy dining option in the evenings. The only downside for me was the breakfast variety. I didn’t really enjoy the options and felt like it could have been better and more diverse. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

My stay at the Hampton Inn was ok, but I didn’t care the smell when I walked in. Also the bed was completely too hard and uncomfortable to get a good nights rest. I woke up with body and back pains.
