Lovely staff, good breakfast for standard continental breakfast. Clean room and property looks well kept and renovated to modern standards. Was given 2 bottles and chips at check in which was nice. Over I would stay again and great for price.

I was very pleasantly surprised by a welcome gift the reception gave to me The room eas very clean. Comfortable bed. Cool AC. Clean bathroom. Had refrigerator,microwave and all very clean. The area outside very clean and i felt safe. I will definitely come back. Very close to the farmers mkt.

I was under the impression this was a Hotel but is actually a Motel. The area was not very nice. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, but it make me feel unsafe when i noticed her office/lobby was very protected (like in the banks). All doors were locked she gave me the keys through the bottom of the glass protector, it did not felt very welcoming. As soon i walk in the room I was not feeling safe. I let them know and gave them back the room key and a bag she gave me with 2 waters and a bag of chips as a welcome gift. I asked if they could please give me a refund but they refused. This motel was not what I was expecting, I won’t recommend to stay here. Luckily i was able to stay at SpringHill Suites Houston The Woodlands, was the same price and it was an actually Hotel.

Very friendly staff who are professional. The check in was simple & they even give you a nice treat consisting of water & snacks. The room was clean, shower water pressure is good. They proved all toiletries in case you forgot to bring something, & the AC is cold. This is my 2nd time here & will definitely come again.
