I had a 2 day reservation, checked in and left the Howard Johnson in Hobby Texas on 2/27/26, the room was in unacceptable condition. There were dried blood stains and grease stains on the sheets, hair on the blankets, a strong mold odor, a refrigerator with mold inside, cracked bathroom tiles, a damaged door with peeling paint, rusted chairs, exposed cables, a non-working television, and visible pests (a roach in the bathroom and a flea that jumped on me). Due to these serious sanitation and safety concerns, I left the property and will be requesting a full refund. I have photographs documenting these conditions. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BY STAYING HERE!

Price for 2 days stay wasn't bad, breakfast wasn't good, carpet was very filthy, had a small roach problem but it wasn't to bad. I recommend the place if your not staying long besides that I think the need to clean there carpet, do beter in breakfast and maybe treat a bit the infection of the roach.
