The staff was amazing , I can’t Thank enough to Adam for the communication I didn’t want to lose my room due to my flight was delay and we were arriving after one in the morning 🙏 the rooms were beyond clean and very cozy. The valet guys super respectful and kind . Thank you for using your umbrella so I can get in our Lyft driver ❤️ If you book with Hyatt Place downtown you are not going to be disappointed.

Clean, quiet, and spacious room. Pull out bed mattress was not comfortable. Toilet was not the best and there did not seem to be a vent fan for the bathroom. Internet access was good. Breakfast was ok, fruit could be less mushy, bacon instead of sausages would have been nice.

The room was great. Clean, large, staff was excellent. Only thing is you HAVE TO valet your vehicle which is $52. Then a $75 deposit which I don't believe we got all of it back after the visit.
