Excellent Hotel close to MD Anderson!

The experience at Hyatt was great! The distance to MD Anderson was less than 10 minutes, the staff was accommodating at check in and the rooms were extremely spacious. The family loved the amenities and definitely will be coming back. The only small inconvenience was the key cards not functioning properly for the elevators. Overall highly recommend and thank you!

Great stay. Everything was great. Check-in was fast. We stayed on the 12th floor but never really had a wait with the elevators since they had 4, plus one for the parking garage. The pool area was nice. Breakfast was great every day. Eggs, sausage, French toast, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, and bagels/toast. Plenty to choose from. I would definitely stay again.

Great stay!

We loved the hotel. It was a great experience. Hotel staff was very friendly and I have no complaints regarding the hotel itself. It was very clean and I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I will say is that the breakfast wasn't my fave. There wasn't many options. We basically had the same thing every day for all 3 mornings.

Great staff, very clean

Hotel room and all aspects of the property were very clean. The only disappointment was that the hotel isn’t really walkable to anything. For that you should stay closer to the museum district.

It was a very pretty, aside being locked out my room because the keycard door scan stops working about twice and when they change the keycards to new ones it still did not open the door. The hotel were able to fix the issue, waited about an hour plus before they were able to get it set up. Enjoyed my stay and the hotel had a good view.

Our room was very large, very clean. Breakfast was good. The workout room was a good size and had sufficient equipment (2 ellipticals, 3 treadmills, free weights). The staff was very friendly. The hotel has a shuttle to MD Anderson and nearby restaurants, which is nice.
