Front desk gave a key card for our room to another guest. If the brace was not on the door they would have entered the room. Called desk unapologetic and tried to laugh it off. Spend your money elsewhere.

The beds/mattresses are absolutely terrible. The hotel is too noisy, it was hard to get any sleep. The shuttle and shuttle staff was nice but overcrowded and wait times were long.

Had such a great experience. Customer service was amazing and the friendliness of the staff was amazing. Breakfast was great and the upkeep of the rooms was also excellent. Next time I am in Houston I will definitely be staying here again.
