We stayed at this property a couple of times now, and it been great service! Some of the employees can be their a bit off putting. But overall, it’s a great property! I would love to stay there again.

We stayed here during a dancing competition held in the convention center. Why would they over charge the parking for an outrageous amount of $40 for people not staying there. Then to top it off, if people would go out to get something to eat or to the store, they would charge another $40 again. Hotel is nice and beautiful but I think they took advantage of the situation, is not a place to have this type of events. Also coordinator's fault for not checking this ahead of time. Hotel should have not also taken advantage of soooo many people like they did. I get you're trying to make money but Hotel was already expensive enough.

Great stay, need updated mattresses

We enjoyed our time even though there were children running around unsupervised & not 1 member of the staff did anything about it. We got hit numerous times by children. We had our 4yr old granddaughter with us & they knocked her down twice. The rooms were extremely nice, however the matress that we had in room 639 felt old.
