The check-in process was easy, however, they did not offer any VIP upgrades. When we went to our room, there was stuff on the toilet seat. There was also hair in the bathroom sink. I went back to the front desk and told them of the issues with the room. The man at the front desk did not say anything and gave me a different room. I am okay with the room not being perfect, however, the demeanor of the front desk staff when I voiced a concern was what prompted me to write a review. Having an on-site restaurant was nice, but the food was nothing special.

The check in people were friendly and helpful. However the rooms are in desperate need of upgrading. The shower nozzle is literally one I had growing up in the 1980s. It’s so old it’s stripped and wouldn’t engage to change between hot and cold. The shower curtain was cheap and flimsy. The mattress sunk in the middle. I was given a lovely view of the roof. The lobby of the hotel was nice but the rooms were not.

Needed a fridge due to surgery and the one there only went to 55 degrees which wouldn’t work. Requested one 3x and never received. Was a real problem. Cannot stay there again

The hotel itself was gorgeous and they cleaned your room every day but the noise and the music and children running and screaming could be heard on the 3rd floor and I was for a week to visit a sick parent and coming back at night to rest from a stressful day was all I wanted. I even had to call down twice once to ask to turn down the music and the other to ask did the children not have a curfew because it was after midnight and you could hear them running and screaming. Cute for kids but not after midnight.
