Very poorly maintained…but it was inexpensive, thought I could give it the benefit of the doubt. Then the bugs come out to play…then the wanna be gansters start circling and casing your stuff. Already signed for the room…too horrified to sleep…left after a couple hours…no refunds.
I stay in this property for 8 days. During my check in I made cash deposit of $50, when I checked out the receptionist checked my room and told me everything is good but he doesn't have cash money to refund my deposit and he doesn't have any other options and just give me the general manager business card. I did e-mail the GM to request the deposit refund and work on payment method and he still didn't even reply.
Hotel manager was nice at first then when problems started to arise in the room after we stayed there a few days, his demeanor changed. The room had a roach problem and I’m so happy I bought disinfectant spray and my own linen
They don't let you know that you have to replenish your own toilet paper and either wash those towels or guitars the rooms are dirty and they have roaches
This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The room was shabby and a lot of cockroaches. I bought cockroach bait and spray and still had a lot of cockroaches around. When you check in there is a minimum of a 7 day stay, no refund and too long of a check in.
The room was not at all like the pictures!! I requested non smoker room and the room was smoked out had carpet burns, blanket on the bed was burned, water spot on the ceiling.
It was infested with roachs and a mouse was in my room. And they knew that still never moved me to another room nor compensated me my money back. This place needs to be reported and shut down.
For the price you can’t beat it. The service is on point. I’ve been very comfortable, and safe at this location. The ease of changing, and adding extra days is nice. They understand travel workers. Laundry on site with debit card. I’ve had zero issues. I recommend this franchise when your traveling for work.
This is a terrible spot to book for a mini vacation. First off, I book two rooms. Then there’s a $25 extra fee you have to pay for each and plus $2.50 if u want WiFi for each room. Too much money they ask for and the place is not that great looking. Secondly, the lady at the front was completely rude. We went to go check in and she had the worst attitude ever. Third, when we went to check in she told me they canceled our reservations because they don’t do day or days reservations. They only do weeks. Now you’d think they call or something and let you know but no. We traveled all the way here forms. Different state to find out they canceled our reservation and didn’t even bother to call us. So we had to scatter to find a new hotel quickly. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Bad service all together. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. If you want a good hotel with great excellent customer service, go to La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Houston Bush Intl Airpt E in Humble. The lady at the front desk was terrific and very very sweet.
