Unfortunately, this property did not meet expectations. The listing photos appear to have been taken many years ago, as the home shows significant wear and poor maintenance throughout.The very first thing we noticed upon arriving was that the two trash receptacles on the side of the house were completely full and overflowing. To make matters worse, there was a soiled diaper left in the garage that smelled extremely strong and unpleasant. We were forced to leave our own trash bags in the garage since the bins were unusable.Inside the home, the plantation shutters, in nearly every room, were broken, loose, and hanging in various directions. The kitchen sink faucet leaked badly, causing water to spread across the sink and counter area. The hall bathroom sink would not drain properly. Caulking in bathrooms was moldy.During our stay, it rained heavily for an entire day, and water came in through the back door from the patio, which was very concerning. Throughout the house, especially in the bathrooms, there were multiple loose and cracked floor tiles.We also attempted to use the fireplace, which operates by remote control, but the remote was nowhere to be found. Even after calling and speaking with someone, the issue was never resolved, and we were unable to use the fireplace.Overall, the home requires significant cleaning, repairs, and better upkeep to match how it is advertised. The pool needs major work. Overall, It was not worth what we paid. Very dissappointing!!!
