Rude staff at check in. Dirty and muggy room. Virtually no amenities(empty bottles of soap and shampoo). Booked specifically for airport shuttle service included. No mention of shuttle cut off times until after we booked and we missed it by 15 minutes(it stops running from 10pm-5am).

The hotel is very pretty from the outside, unlike other hotels of this brand, but the room doesn't smell good. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is good, but it needs maintenance. I thought it would be different. The gardens are very beautiful, but they need cleaning and maintenance. I hope they fix this to make a difference.

The pool is in terrible condition, dirty green, can’t see the bottom. Light switch does not work in the room, won’t turn off, but they taped up the French door and painted the window dark to hide the fact. And the free airport shuttle does not run all day as advertised.

NEVER go here. Front desk Jessica is ignorant, disrespectful and racist. She gave me a dirty unserviced room to stay in ans when i complained about it, she told me that is all she has and i have no other choice but to stay in that room. I told her so she expects me to stay in a filthy unserviced room and pay for it? And she replies yes or get a refund. Earlier i had requested the general manager 's name and she just gave me a card with the number and told.me she cannot give me the name. When i went back downstairs to complain about the room, another person requested the same thing (mgr name) and she wrote his name down on the same small card she gave me. I confronted her in front of everyone and she tells me that i did not ask nicely for the name so she didn't give me the info. I told her that makes no sense and if a client is asking for info it should be given equally. She is racist! And that was discrimination! Avoid this ghetto place like the plague!
