parking was ridiculous either $50 a night valet or a 5 min walk and $15 for 12 hours. breakfast buffet was worse than your average free hotel breakfast… and was $25 a person.

The room had faint smell of cigarette smoke, wear and tear was obvious on walls, door, tub. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Had to carry my sleeping child to the elevator. Turned out to be a false alarm but the noise went on for a bit after getting to room. Wasn’t offered even a small discount for this. On the plus side, there are some restaurants in the area.

Hotel is fantastic - truly the only problem is the elevator, and it's a huge problem. They only have one bank of 3 or 4 elevators serving 23 floors, and you have to wait up to 10-15 minutes to get an elevator if you're on the lower floors at peak check-in and check-out hours.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The property is very nice and has a nice atmosphere. I love the interior decor. The room was very clean and I absolutely loved the large garden tub in the room. I did not get a chance to check out the rooftop pool and hot tub. I will definitely do that my next trip. there's a lot of close by dining options in downtown nightlife within walking distance. My only criticism is that I feel the valet parking thing was a little overpriced and the parking nearby was difficult to find at times. mainly because the closest garage is used by the valet so the spots were very sparing. otherwise, I love this hotel and would definitely return.

Overly crowded in all parts of the hotel. I'm assuming due to the holiday. The overwhelm from homeless people surrounding the area can be a bit much as well. In the future I know to only come here when there isn't an Astros game or when it's a holiday.

I booked the property for a Mother-Daughter Memorial weekend and I could not be more happier for the experience. The tribute property is well presented and staffed with pleasant and eager staff. Although parking can be pricey, we were able to grab street parking $2 hr, free after 6 and Sunday. Optional garage parking adjacent We had the honor of having Robert handle our delicious, fresh and bountiful breakfast service. His ability to anticipate and respond to request in multiple languages was unmatched. The property was clean, well ventilated but, lacked necessary utilities for the unit booked with kitchen. Absolutely no kitchen items were provided. The location is excellent The elevators can be a challenge if the Astros are playing. We will definitely be returning.

The hotel itself is great wonderful helpful staff but the surrounding streets are a little scary many homeless people sleeping or walking around we walked a couple blocks to franks for pizza and we witness a homeless man walk in and take trashed boxes looking for food. City should patrol more often even walking around we were careful as came across many people roaming around asking for money area is a little scary
