I would never stay here again and honestly wish I could get my money back from how uncomfortable I was for the duration of my stay.
1. When checking in the lady asked me if I wanted a smoking or non smoking room I said non smoking she said are you sure because you cannot smoke in the rooms I said yes please a non smoking room she then proceeded to ask me 3 more times if I was sure and that I couldnât smoke in the rooms mind you I do not smoke, did not smell like smoke, nor did I ever inquire about if I could smoke. Reiterating to me over 4 times that I cannot smoke and asking if I was sure if I wanted a non smoking room was weird and I felt profiled considering there was no reason for her to feel like I would smoke in the rooms.
2. I checked the bedding there were yellow stains on the bed after I lifted off the blanked they place on top of the sheets. I immediately called the front desk and asked if they could come change them because they were dirty. The man at the front desk questioned what time I checked in and why Iâm just now calling. I told him Iâm just now settling into the room after being out all day and actually pulling the sheets off the bed and noticed he then tried to insinuate that I was to blame for the dirty sheets and didnât want to blame house keeping? - a day later the same yellow stained sheets are on the bed. Towels had hair untwined in fabric, towels had stains. Terrible stay could go on but not enough characters to type it all. Do not recommend
