I walk with a cane and have limited mobility...i asked for a room close to lobby...I was given a room as far away as I could be!!! I could barely make it to the room....my car was also on the opposite side..of the hotel and I tried to explain that to no avail!!..

Hotel need more maintenance done. When we arrived the fridge was leaking water everywhere. We got another room and door lock did not work. We called front desk to report it and was told "it's not supposed to lock from the inside"...... Some of the room numbers are written with marker, they no longer offer free breakfast, the bar next door gets pretty loud late at night. Over all we will not be staying here again.

I have stayed here four or five times a year and it has declined precipitously. My bed mattress was worn out and the worst thing was there was NO HOT WATER one day. I went to the front desk to ask when it would be fixed and the clerk said, "it is cold for everyone." I said, that is not an answer to my question, when will it be fixed." She said, curtly, "they are working on it." I said, that is still not an answer to my question. When will it be fixed, today, tomorrow, next week?" Again she rudely said, "They are working on it" Whereupon I just left as there was no point in continuing my questions. Later, I spoke to the manager, who, at least, apologized for the lack of hot water and the fact that I had to take a cold shower and didn't wash my hair. I asked her how they were going to compensate me for my discomfort. She said there was nothing she could do because I booked through Expedia, except to give me a credit for a future stay. Given that the hotel seems to have gone downhill since I first stayed there, I declined the credit and will simply stay at another hotel. There are many near IAH so staying at a different one will not be a problem. I travel to Houston four or five times a year and stay for five days, so they have just lost my business forever. Someone else will be happy for my business.

You book me for the wrong day, a day I did not chose. I got there the same night you book me wrong and I had to pay again over there. They canceled the reservation Expedia did for may 12th instead of April 26th which is the day I had to be there. The person at the desk gave me a number to call you which you never ever answer. Even though I wrote two emails to you, I was notified notified the email could not reach you. I am not happy with your service at all. If you could return my money to my paypal account I will really appreciate it. Please improve the comunication with your custumers. Thank you. Have great day. The iron didn't work and I asked for one and never got it. The power went out shortly after I checked in and didn't come back on until 3 am. It was hot, uncomfortable, and noisy during the night as they tried to restore power. I had to leave by 4:30 am and never got any sleep
