Wonderful time here. We were here for a music festival and our hotel acted as a great base of operations while we were going back and worth to the venue. Lots to do around the area and it seemed like a safe place

Needed a place close to Bayou Music center and it was perfect. Was a little noisy as I was close to the fire doors and stairwell. And every time someone flushed their toilet there was a very startling noise. But the price, location and comfy beds were worth it. I think I’ve found my go to place to stay for downtown Houston.

I liked everything about this property and will 1000 percent recommend it to others. The units are so spacious and the staff (Taya) was so responsive. Loved walking everywhere and texting with the front desk made all of it extra easy.

Great location, very walkable with lots of restaurants and bars nearby, especially the one over the road (Tavern). Was good to have a kitchen so we could have drinks and snacks Only negatives were the water pressure in shower was terrible and sofa sagged at 1 side, but otherwise a great apartment I think there had been a cat in there at some point as I could smell it in the bedroom and was itching quite a lot on the first day and night

The hotel was accommodating, clean, and check in and out were quick and easy. Will definitely stay here again if I go back to Houston. We were in town for a concert, and this hotel was a seven minute walk to the venue.

Reside….a HOME away from home

The space was absolutely amazing. We want to come back and experience another space. Staff was wonderful. Overall experience exceeded what we initially envisioned. Will be back and want to explore the theatre district more or even see a show.

VERY spacious rooms. Stayed with two teenagers and definitely had our own separate space for privacy. Could not have imagined how big. Kitchens could use more items for cooking and using the stove/oven. The morning light in this place is awesome in the large windows. Washer and dryer very out dated, but operable, just not efficiently. Quiet between rooms. Would stay again.

It was difficult to find the property as there was no lit signs and parking was unclear. Also getting into my room, there was a series of stairs that I had to reverse with a loaded luggage cart so I was not able to bring the luggage card into the room, but had to carry everything up and down two sets of stairs.
