Sonesta mistakenly refunded my $100 room deposit to another guest's credit card. The ice machine, coin laundry and business center are broken/ closed. Housekeeping is polite and professional but Sonesta charged me an additional $100 room deposit ($200 total) after mistakenly refunding my original $100 room deposit to another guest's credit card. Be very careful at Sonesta, document all transactions and save all receipts!

This is not the property I stayed at they overbooked and sent me two other hotel one that was current under renovation we walked 6 flights they had no key cards there was no breakfast I didn’t finally get checked in for 5 hours the last hotel since was broke with plaster all over we got locked out and had to walk around. The property names do not match the description the facility phone number do not match.

We got there and our reservation was offered to another guest. We also met over 50 people who were in the same situation and were trying to figure out what the heck happened. They did relocate us to another hotel that was very, very terrible, dirty and in a bad neighborhood. The back door was opened all night and we were worried that someone was going to sneak in from the back door and harm my family. Never again will I stay with them

Everything here is great. Staff is very nice. Clean everywhere. Pool is nice. Quiet. We had a small problem with the lights and they switched us right away. No issues. Breakfast is good and even better on the weekends….. thank you for being so nice.

Wasn't properly greeted in fact was pretty much ignored during the checking process. There are better options for hotels in this area this place is sketchy af. It's right next to the highway so you get traffic noise 24 hours a day, Staff is uncaring and unfriendly, In the entire place smells bad.

We were in Texas for family outing. Towels were not readily available when necessary. Laundry Facility out of order. Pool was not cleaned (bugs floating on surface on inside pool). All exercise not accessible (we had to wait to use the treadmill).

They moved me and my wife for another room , the first room was leaking from the ceiling and they moved me after 30 minutes of being there and our stuff getting wet, then they moved us to another room where the A/C didn’t work at all and there was no water pressure to take a shower, i definitely do not recommend this hotel, and the staff for that one night we stayed was horrible and so unprofessional.

Save your energy, book elsewhere

Broken Ice Machine, Non-working laundry room, unusable bathtub with no water and limited amenities is what I experienced during my stay. I emailed the office for a refund (in which I haven't received) and rebooked elsewhere. The area around the hotel isn't the best especially with the shared parking lot with additional hotels

Great location to stay at Katy, awesome service (bilingual) which was great for my other peers in the trip. The room was great, spacious, the bath could improve but overall the experience was great !

Shower was not working, part to turn water on and off was broken and removed. They gave me an another room. Ceiling was leaking. There was a big spider web in the room on nightstand light. I did go to the breakfast area but items were limited, just got a coffee, they didn’t have waffle or butter. But it was a very cheap hotel. Most likely would never stay again
