⭐️⭐️ Disappointing experience.
The hotel description does not clearly state that parking is valet-only. It lists:
Parking
Height restrictions apply for onsite parking
Secured, covered valet parking on site.
At check-in, I was told by one staff member that valet parking would be $35 plus tax. At checkout, a different employee said it was $55 plus tax. When I explained what I had been told at check-in, the response was simply, “Sorry, but it will be $55 plus tax.” No attempt to honor the original price or resolve the inconsistency.
To make matters worse, they lost my car keys. I had to wait 35 minutes before they finally allowed me to look myself to see if my keys were in their storage area.
The room itself was just okay, but it was right next to the elevator, and I could hear the elevator shaft going up and down all night, which made it very difficult to sleep.
Would I stay here again? Absolutely not. For the price and the level of service, this experience was not worth it.
