Very clean property , decor was very nice, inside and all around was a welcoming invite. No secured parking, but I felt safe enough to park and walk to my car at night. It was very accessible to big grocery stores, shopping centers, and many local food places. It’s a great area to be in, if you want to stay close to the airport. Overall, I loved the whole ambiance of the property and updated amenities. Wi-Fi was free. All was nice. So thank you. Customer service were responsive and respectful.

The king room is the perfect combination of hotel stay with a home feel. The fitness Center was fantastic- beyond expectations. The breakfast was ok- not the best but there were plenty of bagels, low fat yogurt or make a waffle station. The heated items were not hot and minimal choices. The coffee was ok, middle of the road.

Hands down the best budget airport hotel I have found near IAH (I travel a lot). Not only is the hotel new the staff clearly tags pride in keeping the place looking great and treating customers well. A+ for the team that works there. Bed was comfy, room was quiet (no plane noise!), and breakfast was much better than I had expected with fresh bagels, fruit, quiches, bacon, fresh make your own waffles, oatmeal, cereal, juice, and a good coffee station (even had oatmilk), Love the Uber ride to the airport vs waiting on a shuttle. Only downside is this area doesn't have sidewalks so it's a bit challenging to walk to the grocery store, Walmart or mall nearby. Crosswalks are painted on the road but they aren't working:/. Will be back many more times
Not the best photo but it was good. The staff even recommended some nice guacamole style hot sauce on the quiche and it didn't disappoint.

They didn’t clean the room much they stated it was every 2 days we stayed 4 nights 5 days they only went in to make the beds, shower had small amount of water. Other then that pretty good. Oh pool smelled raw a bit.

Pet friendly hotel. It does come with a fee of $100. I loved the free breakfast and everyday was a different type of breakfast. The room was very clean and spacious. I stayed here with my family of 4 and 2 dogs. We had enough room for all of us.
