With spectacular sea views the flat is literally across the road from the Beach.

Just a minute across the road from Hove beach this flat is located on the 5th floor in this purpose built block of flats. There is a lift to this 2 bedroom flat that has uninterrupted sea views to the front and distant views of the south downs to the rear. The enclosed balcony is a sun trap and a perfect place to watch the world go by. The large lounge has a wall mounted TV and comfortable seating including two recliner armchairs as well as a glass coffee table and a console table with two chairs beside the window or dining for up to 6 people at the glass dining table. There is a large double bedroom and a twin bedroom, separate fully equipped kitchen, bath/shower room with WC and a separate WC. We recommend the flat for 4 people but it can accommodate 6 with two sleeping on the sofa bed in the lounge.
Just across the road is the seafront promenade that stretches from the wake boarding and windsurf training in Hove Lagoon (https://www.lagoon.co.uk) all the way to Brighton Pier. (https://www.brightonpier.co.uk)
We are just across the road from the beach but if you intend to go swimming in the sea, please remember that all Brighton and Hove beaches are covered in pebbles so water shoes or flip flops will be a good idea unless you have cast iron feet!
The bus stops outside the flat and will take you into Hove restaurants in 5 minutes or Brighton town centre in 12 minutes. In the other direction to Shoreham-By Sea restaurants . Two new restaurants called Rockwater and Babble opened recently both just a couple of minutes walk along the promenade but you will need to book as both are very popular.. Comfortable stay in a very well appointed apartment. Ideal location for prom walking at Hove or catching the bus into Brighton. Allocated space for car was very welcome and the owners communication pre-arrival was excellent and lots of information in the apartment. Very homely.

Canadian's in the uk!

Our canadiam family stayed here for their trip to the uk for our wedding! They loved everything about the place, the only issue was the corners of the glass tables did not have anything soft to protect them from their youngest of 11 months, from potentially injuring themselves. Apart from that, all very happy! Good location for us to pick them up from our place near Hove Cricket ground, and easy access to buses into town. The canadians would like to say a big thanks! From Larissa, Rebecca, Athrun, Nate, and Everette!

Perfect location for enjoying the waterfront

John and Pat are gracious hosts and provide every comfort in their lovely home. The views are spectacular and the "sun trap" (closed in porch) ensures you can enjoy the beach even when the weather is bad. Highly recommended!

Short family seaside break

Lovely clean apartment with great facilities in a very good location. Could do with another set of plates and bowls to make it worth running the dishwasher, but the fact that that is the only improvement I can think of is testament to how well set up it all is. Thank you very much John and Pat
