I liked the room, spacious clean and loaded with the necessary things. I didn't like that I had to wait for the check in to 3 pm when it says 2 pm and when you move up to 11 am you have to leave. I didn't see the housekeeping cleaning every day, but it said there was daily cleaning.

Very poor experience. Totally NOT recommended.
Pros:It is close to the beach and also close to some nice coffee shops.
Cons:Pretty much everything could be improved. Friendly staff would be a starting point, and staff that actually cleans the room. Invest in bigger beds.
Location:Great location, close to the beach and some nice coffee shops and restaurants.
This is a terrible hotel. We cannot recommend it. Here are just some of the issues we experienced during our stay over a weekend in September 2016:
- The double rooms are really tiny. There is hardly enough space to put two small hand luggage sized suitcases on the floor around the bed.
- The bed is super tiny. We had to go back to the reception to ask if they by mistake had given us a single room (we had booked a double). The bed is about 110cm wide (see image attached). We are neither overweight nor obese, rather skinny, both of us, but two adults in a bed of this size is a joke.
- The room we had was very dirty. Looking at the wall-mounted heating radiator it doesn't look as if there has ever been anyone tidying the thing. Its full of filthy dirt and dust. We showed images of that to our friends (see image attached). All of them were shaking their heads in sheer disgust.
- Extremely unfriendly staff at the reception. We wanted to take a bath after a long and cold hike, but there was no bath tub plug. Went down to the reception to ask for one. Their arrogant and completely uninterested reply: "We don't have those, but why don't you ask your fellow travellers in another room if you can borough theirs?"
- You cannot use the fire escape staircase (if necessary), as the window in the bathroom is locked and cannot be opened so that you could escape in case of fire.
