There was a loud truck of some sort outside our room and it was extremely annoying trying to sleep. Aside from that, the property was fine. Decent stay for a quick travel night.

Blood on pillow, no pillowcases on several pillows. Air conditioner unit VERY noisy, did not use due to noise. Pool water temp very cold did not use because of temp. Breakfast items including coffee were cold, I just felt because it is a Hampton Inn it would be much nicer than it was. So yes, I was disappointed!!!

There was a big spill of food directly in front on our room for two days. We were there for two nights coming back to our room after a long day at the hospital 8 am -4PM our room was not cleaned nor the trashed food cleaned up. the man at the desk had seen it when he came to help me with the tv...but did nothing. the breakfast was good and the morning staff was good...will never go back. Not at all like the Hamptons we stayed at before.

We stayed for a week after moving out of our house. The biggest problem was the pool and hot tub. The pool water was very cold and the hot tub water was not very hot - the jets didn’t work very well either.

Easy access to the motel. I didn't like having to pay an extra $50 to insure my room was not damaged. I don't like paying for other people that don't treat property respectfully. If someone doesn't act properly, don't let them back in again. I am tired of paying for others.

It was a good stay, we always stay at this hotel when we go to Brighton. Our room this time had a slight odor to it so I used air freshener that took care of it. The shower floor had some hair in it and a little residue and the fridge had the previous guests food and beverages. Nothing major probably just missed in a rush they were very busy the night before. We will still use this hotel when we travel to Brighton.

My wife and I are Hilton members and have stayed at this chain many times. The Brighton Hotel was a a big disappointment. Our room was so tiny not like we have had before. Our sheets kept coming off the bed because it is so close to the night stands and headboard.Shelving in the bathroom coming off the well. Toilet paper hanger not properly installed. My wife was in the shower this morning half way through the lights went out. No water pressure. Air conditioning wasn't working in the hallway. All in all it was a bad two days .

Pool is closed

I booked this hotel STRICTLY because they had a pool, so when my daughter and I were going to the concert the family could swim, I spent more than I would to make sure they had a pool...we got there, the receptionist said the pool was open blah blah blah..got suits on and went to the pool, note on the door said pool is closed for the next two days....needless to say had a very disappointed group of kids

The pool was closed the night we were there but otherwise everything was ok. Waited at the counter a bit longer at times to get a replacement key and pay for snacks, but the staff was still nice.
