Welcome to Unit 303
Located at The Pointe, inside of Mariners Landing! This 2BR, 2BA Condo has everything you need for your next stay at Smith Mountain Lake! This unit is located in building 3, conveniently located on the ground level, this unit offers a beautiful view and easy access to the pool, boat rentals, and the beach and lake—right outside your balcony."
This unit offers queen size beds in both of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a TV with cable.
The Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. It's equipped with dishware, utensils, appliances, etc. Also has a breakfast bar that seats 2 people. Included in the kitchen: coffee, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and dishwasher pod.
All linens are included in the rental. You'll just need to bring your beach towels for the pools. We also provide some small toiletries for your convenience. There's a washer/dryer in the unit. Laundry detergent is not included.
Living area has seating for 6. There's an electric fireplace for those chilly mornings/evenings in the fall and winter months.

Very Nice and clean. Sofa and beds very comfortable. Plenty space. The back porch/balcony was laid out well - comfortable and lights and fountain were a plus to add to relaxing mood.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit is lovely and the staff is helpful. The only challenge we encountered is the security system is not user friendly and accessing the amenities is difficult for more than one person. A streamlined system between the outside door and the unit would be helpful and/or an easier way for all the members of the party to access the amenities would be helpful.
