Great Family Location

This place was perfect for our family vacation- 5 children (ages 7-15) and 3 adults. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out and areas to spend time together too. There are 2 balconies- one overlooking the golf course and one with an ocean view- the ocean breezes are fantastic! We ate outside every meal. The steps to the beach is underestimated- it's across the parking lot and quiet street- so still really close! The pool is also so close (just down the stairs and a few steps away. The villa has plenty of beach chairs and gear and towels for everyone. Palmas del Mar is a lovely community- surprisingly quiet during our February stay. We loved being able to use the villa as a base camp and taking day trips or excursions from there with short drives. The host was helpful and responsive with any questions we had!

Amazing host, perfect location, clean and safe

We (3 adults and 2 kids) stayed at Jennifer’s place for a week to get away from the cold. Jennifer provided us with everything that we needed and more. The location right on the water and next to the pool was incredible. Nearby restaurants were great and we were able to stock up on our needs at a local Walmart. We will definitely be staying here again
 this place is better than what the pictures show!

Everything We Expected and More

The villa was beautiful and the perfect space for our family. Jennifer is a responsive & care host. The location is a 60 to 90 minute to most popular locations in PR. Shopping and fast food options near by at the Walmart shopping center are convenient and easy to get to. Love the villa and the Palmas area. We will stay again in the future.

Perfect Location next to beach and pool!!

This condo at Beach Village in Palmas Del Mar was the perfect location for our family! It is steps from the beach and pool which made for relaxing days at both. Restaurants and shops at the plaza were an easy walk through a nice beach side path! Palmas del Mar is a nice location with Luquillo and El Yunque just about a 40 minute drive away and the beautiful beach of the southern part of the island also just 40 minutes away. The condo had plenty of beds for the whole family with two nice balconies! We would definitely return to this property!

So close to the beach!

We loved the gated resort. We felt safe and the community grounds were always kept so tidy. With golf course views out the back and beach views out the front, this villa offers it all! We watched the sunrise over the ocean every morning on the patio. Then a quick walk each morning on the beach. We were often the only ones there! This place is about an hour from the airport and 50 minutes to El Yunque, which we highly recommend hiking there! The Mt Britton trail is incredible with a concrete path winding through the rain forest. Lots of restaurant and shopping options nearby the condo. The owner provided many tips and suggestions which I really appreciated, as this was our first trip to PR. The condo had everything we needed. The bed was comfy, too! Great A/C and easy check out instructions. We had aq great time!

Lovely spot and fabulous host

Our host, Jennifer was fantastic. She gave us tons of suggestions for activities and restaurants as soon as we booked. When we had questions, she was extremely responsive. Palmas Del Mar is lovely - very well maintained and seems very safe. The beach was a few hundred feet away, as described in the listing. It seemed we were there at a time of year with a lot of seaweed but otherwise nice. And loved hearing the surf at night as I fell asleep.

Fantastic property in fantastic location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was just as advertised and the pictures were very accurate. We enjoyed morning coffee on the back balcony and evening wine on the front terrace overlooking the ocean! She had the property stocked with everything needed to enjoy the beach that was truly just steps away from the unit. The kitchen was clean, modern and well stocked with basics to make our stay great. We were able to use this place and area as our home base to explore many areas of Puerto Rico. We ate one night within Palmas Del Mar at Pura Vida and it was one of our best meals of the whole trip. A really great place, Jennifer was a fantastic host and I would/will go back in a minute! Thank you!!

CARIBBEAN PARADISE

Beautiful and spacious property in the prestigious Palmas del Mar community. The property is beautiful and spacious just as you see in the pictures. Excellent location and great restaurants on site. Although the beach is just a few steps away, beachgoers should be careful with strong ocean currents. We spent the day in nearby beaches and came back in the afternoon to enjoy the beautiful warm pool just steps from the unit we were staying at. The sunrises and sunsets are just indescribable... nothing short of a postcard. The host was responsive and extremely courteous. Cannot wait to come back! 100 out of 5.

A haven in Humacao

We had two families in total there were 10 of us, and we were very comfortable. It is a beautiful community close to our excursions to Yunque and Fajardo. Jennifer was a wonderful host and very attentive. There were also plenty of towels and everything you needed for a tropical vacation.

Our family’s vacation

I just completed a 6 day and 5 night vacation here with my 2 adult children (and their spouses) and 5 grandchildren. The unit was extremely comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Jennifer, our host was always available and responded immediately if we had a question. I would highly recommend this unit if you plan on vacationing in PR or Palmas. The unit was clean and very comfortable for 11 adults and children.
