The pool area has been permanently closed from my last stay, the fan on the room heater was did not work. Poor quality picture and tiny size of the TV in the room. On a positive note the room was very clean.

Clean room and very quiet. The restaurant is convenient and service was great. A kettle and supplies for tea in the room would have been a nice touch as the restaurant doesn't open until 9 am. I could have used a tea while I waited for breakfast. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The receptionist was bad tempered and wasn't willing to help. She didn't welcome us at all when we arrived. On Expedia it was explicitly written that they don't need credit card but she asked it upon arrival. And she said you wont be charged. But in check out when I wanted to pay she said it’s paid by your credit card!!!! While I wanted to use another credit card and she had said that I wont be charged on that one! Really disappointing. Please use people who are friendly and they like their jobs not very annoyed people who don't know even how to greet visitors!
