I will never stay there again due to parking fees. The room rate was plenty high and adding parking to hotel guest is too much. I would like to have spent that money dining in the hotel, rather than parking my vehicle.

I have stayed here several times. Everytime the experience and staff are amazingly helpful and friendly end to end, not just from from the valets,clerks, bell service, but the restaurants and stores onsite. I initially stayed here due to the onsite bike rental when I am traveling to the area. I wish the had road bikes, but the beach cruiser gets the job done in a pinch and can't beat the convenience. And the experience is always excellent..

Great time!

Great time, brought my 3 month old, wife and her sister and her sisters boyfriend. Got a cabana by the pool - it was really fun. Great location and great hotel, wayyyy more there than I thought there was, and I grew up next to this place! Decided to do a little staycation with the new baby to see how traveling would go and it was a BLAST!

We come to this hotel every year around the same time for our son’s bday. He just loves the kids pool with the slide. We got a cabana for the little guys in the party. Service pool side was excellent she definitely took care of us. We had a nice bday dinner Friday after work checked in at waterfront food is always amazing and the service was outstanding.

This property is beautiful! It is across the street, PCH, from the beach. There is a bridge over the road so you can walk to the beach. We had an ocean view, and our room was large and clean. But if we opened the door there was significant noise from traffic. They give you 2 bottles of water each day. Just know the daily resort fee is not included in your Expedia rate. We stayed for 4 nights, but incurred another $440 at the property for resort fees, taxes and valet parking.

They have the Hyatt name but it is not at a Hyatt level. I have been at lots of Hyatt hotels in all its different options, and this is not at all at the level I expected. Try to avoid it
