Have stayed here numerous times and choose this location in Huntsville specifically for the great staff we have encountered as well as their commitment to cleanliness. You always notice people cleaning both the lobbies and hallways and it gets noticed by guests. Big kudos to the staff here.

The room smelled strongly of an unpleasant odour being masked by an intensely scented air freshener that smelled worse than the odour it was masking. The end of hallway stair doors slam shut and whenever anyone comes and goes – this could be easily fixed. And, the beds are like marshmallows, and not in a good way. Breakfast was pleasant and staff were kind though.

The AC unit was so loud hard to sleep and when tried to higher it the unit was smelling like it was burning. The toilet was running non stop and when we got there the body wash soap was empty in the shower. In need of renovations. Room was large which is nice and the breakfast was good.
