Dont stay here! You will regret it!! ]

I would never stay here again or would I never recommend anyone to stay here. I was with my b/f and 83 year old father traveling back from Florida. Chips and crumbs from food all over the floor. Inside the hideabed was so disgusting! Hair and chips, food crumbs all inside. Looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a LONG time. No sheets in bed. When I went to use the phone after cleaning the bed for sheets, the phone didnt work! We were all the way in the last room at end of hotel and had to walk to get them at 11pm. After getting back, noticing so many other things. I plugged my phone in and the outlet came out of the wall. The toilet paper dispenser and fan in bathroom had been replaced with undone spackling or drywall around it undone. It was in such poor shape I could go on! Fingerprints all over the microwave which the inside wasnt cleaned either. The bottom of the bathroom door was swollen rot from water like simmering overflowed. I am normally not so picky. I can't believe i stayed or didn't ask for another room. I just wanted to sleep for a couple hours and get back on the road for home. If my dad wasnt diabetic, needed to give him his insulin and put up his legs from being swollen, I know I would have demanded refund and kept driving!!

Assigned room 103. Upon inspection, discovered an unopened condom in the bed along with evidence that the bed linens had not been changed (dirt, hairs). A box of condoms was found in the bedside table drawer. Contacted the front desk. Initially the attendant removed the bedding but, after a 15-minute delay, the attendant offered us a different, equivalent room. The new room (107) was satisfactory.

This was just ok. We stayed as a halfway point to Florida. The bathroom was out of shampoo and body wash. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. My husband took a shower and walked around the room and his feet were dirty, so they did not clean the floors beforehand. The pool was dirty a full of so many bugs and there was no net or I would have cleaned some out. The “eggs” at breakfast were not eggs. They looked gritty, looked like they were made from powder and did not taste great. The few positives, the staff was so friendly and nice and it was convenient. Will try somewhere else next year.

The property is pet friendly. Breakfast is nothing fancy, but good enough to get you off for a decent start to your day. There was evidence of water damage on the ceiling in our room, but nothing to suggest an ongoing issue. For the most part, the property was comfortable and quiet.
