In the upper floor are four more bedrooms and a lounge area with a beautiful view towards Hustadvika. Access from the hallway to the top of a 9.5 m2 balcony. The cottage is located on a small homestead in the municipality of Vikan. There are sheep, goats, horses and a rooster. The green areas provide space for sports activities such as football, badminton, darts etc. Only 150 m further you will find a shallow beach. Between cottage and mountains is a nature area with moor and forest in the u.a. Eagles, foxes, otters and deer live. In April you can also watch the courtship dance of the black grouse there. A little further uphill you can enjoy wonderful panoramic views of the coast and the sea! The house next door rents several bikes for NOK 200, - / week (see photo). A canoe or kayak can be brought and used about 150 m from the cottage on the archipelago for excursions. In Gaustadvågen there is a protected nature area for Wattvägel, interesting for hobby ornithologists. Along the panorama route Atlanterhavsveien, about 20 km from the holiday home, especially bridges for anglers have been set up, which can fish from there with the rod. The beach Farstadsanden, about 10 km away, offers good waves for surfing and kiting. On the river Ruggå, 1 km from the house, you can fish for sea trout and salmon (fishing license required).
